The restaurant on the ground floor of the First Republic villa offers year-round seating for approximately 30 guests. In the summer, the capacity increases by a large terrace with nearly 100 seats and an amazing view. In the kitchen, we focus on working with fresh regional ingredients and adapt the menu to the current season and the availability of individual ingredients. During the colder days, we heat up the large interior fireplace, which completes the unique atmosphere of the restaurant. In addition to tasty meals and professional service, you can look forward to Pilsner beer on tap, great wines and probably the largest collection of original Champagne in the area.

We have invested a lot of time and money in the equipment and refrigerated storage areas. The final decisive factor, however, is always the human, i.e. our talented experienced bartender.
